Put one cup in the middle and one cup in front of each player, in a ring around it. A little drink in each.

Take turns bouncing the ball off the table towards the cups.

• Land in someone's cup: they drink and refill.
• Land in your own: you drink.
• Land in the middle: everyone drinks – and the last to flip their cup upside down drinks the middle one too.
