Deal out the whole deck. The first player leads one or more cards of the same value. The next must play the same number, but higher, or pass.
When nobody can beat it, the last player to lay clears the pile and leads again. Twos are highest and clear the table.
First out of cards becomes president, last out becomes the scum.
- Next round: the president decides when others drink.
- The scum fetches everyone's drinks and hands their best card to the president.
